The Cell system incorporates a number of specifically designed and manufactured components that are perfectly matched to enable extremely high growth rates at maximum stocking density.
The Cell components contain few moving parts and are manufactured from High Density Poly Ethylene for extreme durability.
If you have an existing aquaculture enterprise Cell Aquaculture can help. In addition to complete systems, we also market the individual components so you can improve your existing production efficiency.
Below are the details of some of the key recirculating aquaculture system components available from Cell Aquaculture.
Passive Nursery System
Designed and manufactured by Cell Aquaculture with input from leading aquacultue specialists, the Passive Nursery System is a huge leap forward in nursery management.
The passive grading system virtually eliminates handling of the fish during the entire nursery growing period. This dramatically reduces stress and improves growth rates and feed conversion.
Fish are graded in the tanks and moved from tank to tank via gateways in the tank walls.
The modular design enables additional tanks to be added to the system with increased production requirements.
Cell Aquaculture Belt Filter
Designed by Cell Aquaculture and manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and stainless steel this belt filter is extremely tough and durable. The standard filter comes with a 40 micron filter belt for removing the vast majority of solid waste from your system. Filter belts can be custom made to any micron size and inlet/outlet pipes can be custom made to suit any existing system. The compact size means it can be easily incorporated into an existing system.
Cell Aquaculture Biofilter
Designed by Cell Aquaculture and manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) this biofilter is extremely tough and durable. There are no moving parts in the biofilter with the assisted moving bed media being moved with air from a blower. This self cleaning media ensures the biofilter is as low maintenance as possible. The compact size means it can be easily incorporated into an existing system. Two Cell Aquaculture Biofilters are perfectly matched to one Cell Aquaculture Belt Filter.
Cell Aquaculture Contact Chamber
The Contact Chamber developed by Cell Aquaculture is a cost-effective way to dramatically increase dissolved oxygen of the water and/or ensure sufficient ozone contact time for microfloculation of suspended solids.
