 A primary objective of Cell™ development has been to establish a self-sufficient, vertically integrated aquaculture production system, encompassing everything from “Hatch to Dispatch”.
Fish Hatchery
Cell Aquaculture Ltd is currently implementing its hatchery development plan, with two facilities currently in development. Hatchery production from two sites strengthens the Company's commitment to consistency of fingerling supply to the Cell™ network.
Australian barramundi can be currently supplied to the Cell™ network, with other fish species under development. Research programs are being implemented to commercialise production technology for golden perch (Macquaria ambigua), the next species planned to be made available to the Cell™ network. Future diversification is also planned, with research programs currently being implemented to develop and commercialise other high-value finfish species.

Cell Aquaculture Ltd has established substantial fabrication facilities to manufacture the specialised proprietary components of the Cell™ system.
Key components have been designed to be containerised for ease of transportation to targeted world markets.
